Terms and Conditions:
Booking Confirmation: Four Paws will not confirm a booking until a consultation has been carried out with the client and the dog and all of the relevant forms including our T&C’s have been signed and returned.
Custom Bookings: Bookings of multiple consecutive days require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Payment: All invoices are due payment with 7 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation of service: A one week notice period is required to cancel the service. Cancellations of less than this time period will be charged in full.
Four Paws reserves the right to cancel any bookings if it is thought that the dog is badly behaved or may be a danger to towards humans, animals or property. The client is liable for injuries or damage to any third party, property or animal.
Walking off the lead: Dogs will not be let off the lead unless a waiver form has been signed by the client and the locality is suitable.
Drying and Cleaning: We will do our utmost to dry your dog using our towels although we do not carry portable cleaning equipment nor solution for cleaning.
Access for collection and drop off: The client needs to ensure that access is given to Four Paws to allow collection and drop off from your agreed address. We will do our best to keep whatever means of access you provide safe and secure. Any physical key remains the property of the client and will be returned upon request. Any electronic access code will be kept as secure as possible and deleted upon request.
Trial Period: All dogs being taken on for walking will have an initial period of evaluation to ensure they are adequately trained and socialized.
Early termination of walks: Four Paws reserves the right to end a walk at any time if it is judged that there are any unexpected issues that may affect our or your dogs’ safety. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather and other situations beyond our control.
